NewMe Asia needed audience-specific on-model content at the pace of fast fashion, without the cost of a studio. We built the engine that made it possible.
The challenge
Traditional photoshoots couldn't keep pace. NewMe Asia's product cadence was outrunning their studio capacity. Booking models, locations, and photographers for every new drop was unsustainable, both in cost and lead time.
Audience-specific imagery at scale. Their customer base spans multiple demographics across Asia. A single model type didn't work: they needed the ability to generate regionally relevant, hyper-consistent imagery for each market segment.
Lean operations, no added headcount. The solution had to slot directly into their existing in-house team without adding overhead. They needed an external engine that operated like an internal department.
