NewMe Asia needed audience-specific on-model content at the pace of fast fashion, without the cost of a studio. We built the engine that made it possible.
Traditional photoshoots couldn't keep pace. NewMe Asia's product cadence was outrunning their studio capacity. Booking models, locations, and photographers for every new drop was unsustainable, both in cost and lead time.
Audience-specific imagery at scale. Their customer base spans multiple demographics across Asia. A single model type didn't work: they needed the ability to generate regionally relevant, hyper-consistent imagery for each market segment simultaneously.
Lean operations, no added headcount. The solution had to slot into their existing in-house team without adding overhead. They needed an external engine that operated like an internal department, transparent, reliable, and self-calibrating.
Input: raw product reference photo
Output: AI on-model, editorial setting
Input: mannequin dressed in garment
Output: AI model, catalogue ready
Face lock technology: same AI model generated across multiple SKUs, consistent throughout a campaign
The key insight: The +35% CTR improvement didn't come from switching to AI imagery alone, it came from the weekly calibration loop. By continuously refining the AI model parameters against live conversion data, the imagery improved week-on-week. After three months, the gap between AI-generated and traditionally-shot content had reversed: the AI imagery was outperforming the studio shots on every commercial metric.
